What?
An International Freestyle Slalom competition. This competition will be part of the World Slalom Series 2009.
Disciplines: Freestyle Slalom, SpeedSlalom, FreeJump.
Visitors get in for FREE to watch the show!
When?
July 17, 18 and 19, 2009.
Where?
The Grenslandhallen (indoors) in Hasselt.
Travelling there
By Plane:
There are multiple airports in the vicinity (all +- 1 hour drive from the venue, and easily accessible train-connections):
If you are arriving in Zaventem, you can buy a trainticket for 9 euro's to Hasselt.
To get to the trainstation at the airport, after arrival:
After you exit the customs area, go to the far right corner, and to level -2 (there should be signs depicting the trainstation). Buy a ticket to "Hasselt" at the desk (costs about 9 euros), and ask which track you should go to, because the monitors aren't very clear about this. Important note: You should switch to another train when you arrive by train in Leuven/Louvain. You'll need the one with destination "Genk" or "Tongeren". The one to Genk will pass trainstations "Tienen", "Sint-truiden" and "Alken". I'm not sure which trainstations the one to "Tongeren" passes. And ofcourse don't forget to get off in Hasselt.
By Train:
Should you go by train, then the trainstation of Hasselt should be your destination.
